Once Landfall Properties, LLC is in receipt of this registration form, you will receive: 1) The required consumer disclosure for your state; 2) A proposed listing agreement for your review; 3) Data and photo upload instructions.

You can put away your credit card. You will not need one for this registration, as you are not charged until you see your listing live on the Internet. Where's the risk? There is none. This service lists your property in your official, state specific broker affiliated Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for a nominal $699, good for two full years. You may list, de-list, re-list, as many times as you want over a two year period. Perfect for those sellers who may not need to sell, and are testing the market.

 

 

Within 24 hours of data and photo receipt, your home will be seen on hundreds of search, brokerage, and agent sites. More important, you will pay 0% on the Listing Side of your transaction, saving you five-figure money on your home sale. This is a true "game changer".
